Extensive amendments to the Society's Constitution were adopted by an Annual General Meeting of the Society in January 2006. This is the current version:
The previous version of the Society's Constitution may be found in The Phycologist No.37 (March 1994), together with further amendments published in The Phycologist No. 42 (November 1995) and approved at the 1996 Annual General Meeting.
Proposals for amending or altering the Constitution may be sent to any Officer of the Society.
