Constitution

Extensive amendments to the Society's Constitution were adopted by Annual General Meetings of the Society in January 2006 and 2008.

Here is the current version:

The previous versions of the Society's Constitution may be found in The Phycologist No.37 (March 1994), together with further amendments published in The Phycologist No. 42 (November 1995) and approved at the 1996 Annual General Meeting. This version was approved at an Annual General Meeting in 2008.

Proposals for amending or altering the Constitution may be sent to any Officer of the Society.
